Vans collaborations always surprise us positively. After checking it out with the marvel of collection that the shoe firm with Lirika Matoshi took, now goes one step further and announces a capsule collection in collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, which will put at our feet the most recognized works of post-impressionist genius. Because maybe we can never afford to have a Van Gogh in the living room ... but we can have it in the closet.
Pure art. These are the pieces that make up the collection, ranging from jackets to backpacks, through caps, sweatshirts and, of course, the mythical shoes slip on that have made the brand famous worldwide. The paintings represented are among the most famous of the painter's work, As the Self portrait, The sunflowers, Almond Blossom or The red vineyard.
Each of the pieces in the collection will also be accompanied by a file that highlights the most important data of the painting that inspired it. We will not have to wait too long to buy any of these wonders, since The complete collection will go on sale next Friday (August 3) on the Vans website and also in the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, which will devote part of the benefits to preserving the legacy of the great painter.
